Description: Curbing the illicit flows of weapons to situations of instability and to irresponsible actors is fundamental in preventing conflict and the accompanying violations of human rights and international humanitarian law. An expert panel featuring multilateral, national and civil society perspectives, followed by an interactive Q&A session, will explore how international frameworks can address this challenge, and connections with the SDGs.
